The Rapid-Press has proven itself to be a faster, safer, better way of applying cart axle push nuts.  After being used to assemble literally hundreds of thousands of carts, it's also proven itself to be extremely reliable.

The Rapid-Press is a strong, lightweight tool that applies two push nuts simultaneously to an axle in less than 4 seconds!

The Rapid-Press only applies pressure to the center of the nut and not to the nut flange.  This insures that there is no damage to the push nut, that it's pressed all the way on, and that it will grip the axle properly and stay in place.  Often when using other methods of installing push nuts, i.e. hammers, the flanges can be bent causing the retaining clips to malfunction.  Ultimately this results in the push nuts falling off the axle, which means, costly, time consuming field repairs.  With the Rapid-Press, push nuts are always installed properly and without damage!

     Here's How It Works ...

Just place the push nuts in the receptacles.  (Strong magnets hold the nuts in place.) and set the Rapid-Press over the wheels and axle of the cart.  (The Rapid-Press automatically aligns itself on the cart wheels!)  Press down once on the handle and, "Voila!", the push nuts are on, all the way.
